EPP-01-Peristaltic Pump
The EPP-01 peristaltic pump offers exceptional simplicity at very low cost. The AC motor turns the rollers, which squeeze fluid through the precision-bore high tolerance tubing in a water –like motion, acting like a positive displacement pump. The fluid doesn’t contact the pump, only the tubing. This makes the pump suitable for fluids carrying small particles. The EPP-01 pump continuously occludes the tubing, which makes the pump self-priming and non-siphoning. Since it has no seals or values that might be clogged during operation, therefore there are no parts that should be cleaned or replaced.
When the tube becomes leaking due to fatigues of material simply replace it with the supplied new one.
Easy to maintain, with few moving parts, and has no seals or valves to clog, clean, or replace. As one section of the tube fatigues, just move the tubing to a new section, which hasn’t been under the rollers and continue pumping, or simply replace the supplied tubing.
