LF-30-IPO Perfusion apparatus for isolated kidney, liver and gut (mesenteric bed)

The system is designed for perfusion of isolated kidney, liver and gut (mesenteric bed) of rat. Artery of the organ is cannulated and perfused either with constant pressure or with constant flow, using suitable buffer solution. Changes of the perfusion pressure are measured. Effluents can be collected for further biochemical analysis.
