S.P.E.L. Advanced Intrasys (SOFT-04-INT)

INTRASYS is a four times two-channel storing oscilloscope software, member of the Experimatria S.P.E.L. family. The software is capable of displaying, storing and analyzing extra- and intracellular potentials originated from the heart or any other organ (brain, spinal, cord) in-vivo, or in vitro (e.g. slice taken from the brain.
Depending on the set-up the Action Potential, Evoked Potential, Force and User Defined measuring modes can be set. In case of the action potential and force measuring modes the software provides an on-line and off-line analysis, which has been developed especially for measuring heart-cells and tissues. In the Evoked Potential measuring mode any mono-phasic intracellular potential, recorded at the tissue surface can be saved and in the off-line analysis it can be analyzed automatically or manually. In the User Defined measuring mode, signals can be saved our signals according to the alternative dimensions (from V-to µV, from mA-to pA, from kPa-to any other unit).
Further units are the Unit Activity and extra cellular, Intracellular measuring and analyzing modules. (These units have been developed primarily for measuring nerve activity.)
Between certain time cursor pairs, which can be defined in advance, the time, frequency and number of the spikes can be measured starting from the trigger. In case of the extra-cellular potentials the 5% threshold, Peak to peak amplitude, Popspike amplitude and the steepness can be measured. In case of intracellular potentials the combination of unit activity and the analysis of the potential measurement applied. In the extra- and intracellular modes, the max. /min. amplitude, time, positive, negative or absolute integral, Peak to peak amplitude, steepness, frequency, and the AP-s number have been always measured.
The sampling frequency of the measurement can be set according to the switched on scopes and their channels between 200kHz (5µsec) – 25kHz (40µsec).
