AMP-08-INT Intracellular amplifier for measurement of evoked intracellular action potential using KCL glass electrodes

Main features
The linear AMP-08 amplifier was designed to measure QT, evoked potentials and single cell membrane potentials in in vitro conditions. The amplifier exhibits low noise, high input resistance and low input capacitance. It consists of two items, an intracellular amplifier and a pre-amplifier (head stage). The function of pre-amplifier is to enable the impedance connection between the electrode and the end-amplifier (x1 amplification). The  amplifier parameter checking, (resistance measurement, capacitance compensation), the 10-fold amplification and it helps monitoring the insertion of the electrode with the built-in sound generator. The 3-digit LED display enables to read the mV values during the entire experiment (except of the resistance value).
